OUR SERVICES
At Tetbury Dental Practice, we aim to provide high quality dentistry and the best possible levels of customer care. We offer both NHS and Private dental care to patients of all ages. Children are always welcome – however young they are. We aim to prevent dental disease rather than treat it at a later date.

NHS TREATMENT AND CHARGES
At present NHS patients pay according to the charge band appropriate to the treatment required. Some patients are entitled to either full or partial exemption from charges if you think you may qualify, please ask.

COSMETIC DENTISTRY
If any aspect of your dental appearance concerns you, no matter how trivial it may seem, please discuss it with us. Our Private dental care services include:
• Dental Implants
•  Veneers
• Tooth Whitening
• Crowns and Bridges
• Dentures
• Tooth coloured fillings

Private care gives us more time to spend providing personal care and attention to our patients. We use high quality dental laboratories and we offer up-to-date clinical treatments. If you are a registered NHS patient, the decision on whether to have a private treatment is yours. Registered NHS patients have the right to receive clinically necessary treatment under the NHS (with the exception of certain treatments which are not generally available).

DENTAL EMERGENCIES
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please telephone the practice as soon as possible and we will do our best to see you within 24 hours. For all emergencies outside of practice hours, please call out-of-hours telephone number – 0845 120 7179. If you need to see a dentist, arrangements will be made, although not necessarily with someone from this practice.

REFERRALS
Over the years, we have developed experience in all aspects of dental care, but in certain cases we may refer patients to colleagues who have special skills in certain types of treatment. For example:  Patients can be referred to a nearby practice for Orthodontic assessment and treatment as well as minor Oral surgery such as removal of wisdom teeth.
